Account & Data Deletion
Naleen users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data, including accounts created or connected through Google or Facebook sign-in.
How to request deletion
Sign in to your Naleen account and open Support. Create a request under the Account category and state that you want your Naleen account and associated personal data deleted. This authenticated request helps us verify that the request comes from the account owner.
If you cannot access the account, use the account recovery options on the sign-in page first. If access cannot be restored, contact Naleen through the support channel made available on naleen.ai and provide enough non-sensitive information for us to verify account ownership. Never send a password or full payment card number.
Facebook-connected accounts
If you used Facebook Login, you may also remove Naleen from your Facebook account's connected apps or integrations. Removing the Facebook connection stops that authorization, but it does not by itself guarantee deletion of information already stored in your Naleen account. Submit the Naleen deletion request above if you want the Naleen account and associated personal data deleted.
Google-connected accounts
If you used Google sign-in, you may revoke Naleen's access through your Google Account. Revoking access prevents future use of that authorization but does not by itself delete your Naleen account. Submit the Naleen deletion request above for account and data deletion.
What deletion covers
After a verified deletion request is processed, Naleen will delete or de-identify personal account data and customer content that is no longer reasonably necessary to operate the service or meet legal obligations. This can include profile information, projects, prompts, stored customer assets, and associated application records.
Information we may retain
Some limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal, tax, accounting, payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or enforcement obligations. Backup copies may persist for a limited period until normal backup rotation removes them. Retained records are not kept for continued ordinary product use.
