Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to and use of Naleen.ai, including accounts, subscriptions, Naleen Credits, uploads, AI-assisted creation, and generated content.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for activity under your account. You may sign in using supported email, Google, or Facebook authentication. You may not misuse another person's account or attempt to bypass account, security, billing, or usage controls.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans may be offered monthly or annually and may renew automatically until canceled. Prices, included benefits, and billing cadence are shown before purchase. Annual plans are billed on their stated annual schedule even when included paid Naleen Credits are released in monthly allocations. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not ordinarily reverse a completed billing period except where required by law or expressly stated in the Refund Policy.
Naleen Credits
Naleen Credits (“NC”) are an in-service unit used for eligible generation and product activity; they are not currency, a bank balance, or a transferable stored-value product. Complimentary monthly NC may refresh without stacking or rollover. Paid subscription credits and eligible purchased top-off credits may roll over according to the plan terms shown at purchase. Naleen may quote a generation price before generation, and the displayed accepted quote is the amount charged for that generation unless the request is requoted before acceptance.
AI generation and third-party providers
Naleen may select and use third-party AI or media providers to fulfill a request. Availability, model behavior, moderation, latency, and output quality can vary. A provider may reject a request under its safety or usage rules. Naleen does not guarantee that every prompt will be accepted, that every output will be unique or error-free, or that a provider will remain available.
Your content
You retain whatever rights you have in content you upload. You grant Naleen the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, transform, and display your content to provide the service and fulfill your requests. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for content you submit and for the way you instruct Naleen to use it.
Generated content
Subject to applicable law and third-party provider terms, Naleen does not claim ownership of your generated output merely because it was created through the service. AI outputs can resemble existing material, may not qualify for intellectual-property protection in every jurisdiction, and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and determining whether your intended use is lawful and appropriate.
Prohibited use
You may not use Naleen to violate law, infringe rights, impersonate or deceive unlawfully, distribute malicious software, compromise systems or accounts, evade safety controls, exploit minors, or create or distribute content prohibited by applicable provider policies or Naleen safety rules. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, Naleen, or the public.
Service availability and changes
We work to keep Naleen available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Features, models, providers, credit costs, plan benefits, and limits may change as provider costs, capabilities, safety requirements, and the product evolve. Changes affecting future purchases or use will be presented through the service as appropriate.
Disclaimers and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naleen is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that every generation will succeed or meet a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naleen will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Termination and changes to these Terms
You may stop using Naleen at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, fraud, security threats, legal requirements, or serious misuse. We may update these Terms as the service changes; the posted effective date identifies the current version.
